Updated Domestic Partnership Guide

Updated Domestic Partnership Guide available on the EUTF website, including a new checklist and required forms. Please discontinue use of the prior version and begin referring employees to the updated Guide.

Leave Without Pay (L-1) Form Reminders

Employers should only submit the L-1 form to the EUTF in the following situations:
Employee decides to waive coverage OR
Employee continues coverage and is on Family Medical Leave (FMLA) or military leave.

EUTF Learning Center Resources

The EUTF has updated our Learning Center resources for new and existing employees, including guides on registering in the EUTF Member Portal for the first time and step-by-step guides on completing New Hire and Qualifying Events.
